Who We Are:
Here at Mind For Fitness we provide premier personal training services to individuals serious about changing their bodies from both an internal and external perspective. We focus on training: functional strength, mobility/flexibility, power and balance while increasing health and vitality internally to bring about a more optimal experience of one’s life and physicality. Currently we work with individuals located in Long Island, NY; within Nassau and Suffolk county.
We are a group of highly certified and experienced trainers with over over 50 years of combined experience. We’ve been around for a long time and know what works and what doesn’t. We continue to learn and apply the latest and best scientifically proven training techniques on top of our rock solid coaching to deliver our clients the results they are looking for time and time again.
We provide 1 on 1 Private Training and Coaching at the convince of your own home. Initially, we will not only perform a health assessment but also an analysis of your current gym space; or to be future gym space. We will help advise you in upgrading or building your gym with two main focuses in mind:
1. What is absolutely necessary to get the results you are looking to achieve.
2. What additional equipment would be a bad investment as it will not help you achieve your goals any faster.
We also offer small Group Training where any number between 2 – 6 clients will work out, have fun and sweat together.
